Rules and Tricks: You cannot use Arbok's ability to stay put on a tile, if you use it you have to move to another player's location on a different tile. A good way to use Arbok is to make sure there's another player close ahead of you, giving you a good chance to land on a valuable tile. Arbok is especially amazing when another player has a Mew.
Trivia: Did you know that when Arbok was first implemented, it was possible to move to another player even when he was standing on the same tile as you? Because of this, two players with Arbok could stay put on the same tile forever. Not intended huh!
